Custom & Personalised Orders
We proudly offer customised and personalised products, including free name or logo engraving on blades upon request.
- Custom or personalised orders are manufactured specifically for you.
- These orders require additional processing time before shipping.
- No refunds or replacements are offered for custom-made or personalised items, except in case of manufacturing defects.
- Once production has started, custom orders cannot be cancelled.
By placing a custom order, you agree to these terms.
Wholesale Orders
We welcome resellers and wholesale buyers.
- Special pricing is available for bulk and quantity orders.
- Wholesale orders are considered final sale, unless otherwise agreed in writing before purchase.

Sizing & Handmade Nature
- All items are 100% handmade.
- Minor size or measurement variations may occur due to the handcrafted process.
- While we always aim for accurate sizing, small differences are not considered defects.
Order Processing & Delivery Time
- Estimated delivery dates are shown during checkout.
- Actual delivery depends on craftsmanship time, order volume, and logistics.
- Weather conditions, holidays, or high seasonal demand (especially winter) may cause delays.
In some cases, due to high order volume or events, orders may be shipped from trusted overseas (Asia) warehouses.
This does not affect product quality or shipping charges.
Customs, Duties & Import Restrictions
- In most cases, customs duties or taxes are not applicable.
- If customs duties, taxes, or fees apply in your country, the buyer is fully responsible.
- If a parcel is rejected, held, or returned by customs:
- Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer.
- Refund (if applicable) will be processed minus shipping costs and any customs charges.
Best Buy Pakistan is not responsible for customs clearance decisions made by local authorities.
Care & Safety Instructions
To ensure long product life and safe usage:
- Keep knives out of reach of children at all times
- Do not use knives to open cans or hard objects
- Avoid moisture exposure
- Oil the blade after use to prevent rust
- Keep knives clean and dry
- Store knives safely and responsibly
- Knives are extremely sharp – handle with care
- We do not sell knives or blades to persons under 18 years of age
Refunds & Returns
Eligibility
Refunds or returns are subject to the following conditions:
- If a return or cancellation is approved due to our fault, only 80% of the order value is refunded (marketplace and payment gateway fees are non-refundable).
- Refunds are processed only after the item is received back in original condition.
- No refunds for custom or personalised orders.
- No refunds after 45 days from the date of purchase.
- No refunds for unclaimed, refused, or undelivered packages.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable under all circumstances.
- Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the buyer.
